Splendour In The Grass Day Three Review
The final day of Splendour In The Grass is always bittersweet. But the Day Three timetable provided the prefect antidote to our premature feelings of loss, especially since it necessitated constantly moving between the three stages and deciding on a whole range of clashes. This was easily the busiest day of the festival for me, and even looking back now the amount of quality music I witnessed seems almost absurd.

Splendour In The Grass Day Two Review
While Day One of Splendour In The Grass had been full to the brim with amazing music, timetable clashes, and rushing between stages with very little down time, Day Two for me was much more relaxed. I do think there were perhaps a few timetabling issues that could have been handled better, but ultimately this was just a personal preference thing: there wasn’t a whole heap of music I wanted to see during Day Two. It certainly wasn’t a bad thing, as it allowed for time to fully explore the festival grounds and really take in the atmosphere.

Splendour In The Grass Day One Review
Returning to Splendour In The Grass this year felt like returning to a second home after a prolonged absence.
Everything was just the way I remembered it, from the amazing shops, the delicious food, the art installations, the campsite, the chilled atmosphere, the cool people, The Mango Hut, and of course the music. Just walking around the venue brought back so many great memories from last year.

Gig Review: Grouplove @ The Corner Hotel, 2nd August
Rarely do you get a band whose name so perfectly encapsulates everything that they are about as Los Angeles’ Grouplove. Their music is nothing short of brilliant, but yet it really is their energy and obvious love for one another and for their fans that make Grouplove’s live shows so very amazing. And they demonstrated this beautifully last night at the Corner Hotel for their Melbourne Splendour sideshow.
