It looks like Dent May is dropping the whole ‘And His Magnificent Ukulele’ thing with his new single Fun, as there’s not a single undersized stringed instrument in sight. Instead, we have synths and electronic drum beats and even guitar solos that create a sound completely different to anything we’ve heard from Dent May before.
It’s a pretty cool track, even if I think I’ll always prefer his ukulele stuff. The single is available now from iTunes, and drops September 13th in 7″ clear vinyl form via Paw Tracks.
