Splendour In The Grass Playing Times

With a lineup as consistently strong as Splendour’s, we knew we were in for some nasty clashes come the release of the timetables. And sure enough, with the announcement of the playing times today have come some real dilemmas.

Grouplove or Young The Giant? Noah And The Whale or Friendly Fires? Coldplay or Devendra Banhart? James Blake or Warpaint? These are just some of the questions facing prospective festival-goers. All in all though these dilemmas are just indicative of a really good lineup, and the timetable is probably as good as we could have possibly hoped for. You can download the playing times here.

Bring it on.

  1. Grouplove or Young The Giant? Their sideshow should sort out that one I reckon. Looks like it’ll be another great festival for the lucky ones headed up there.

    • I’ll definitely end up going Grouplove, it’s just disappointing to miss Young The Giant when they seem like they would be such an amazing festival band. I’m actually considering going Warpaint over James Blake seeing as I’m going to his sideshow and I think he’ll be better indoors.

  2. also going GL over YTG too, i wanna see both both i’ll catch their side show together and GL seem like they’ll just kill it on a big stage. both awesome bands tho…. also james blake over warpaint, gotta hear those low dubstep wobbles on a big PA system!
