Beach House ‘Myth’

The fantastic (at least in studio form, live I found them a bit underwhelming) Beach House have released a new track online, ‘Myth’, supposedly taken from their next album called ‘Bloom’ which will be out this May via their label Sub Pop. Walk Off The Earth ‘Somebody That I Used To Know’

It takes something pretty special to make the most over-played, over-hyped, over-Facebook-statused, and over-covered song sound refreshing and special, but Canadian band Walk Off The Earth have done just that with Gotye’s ‘Somebody That I Used To Know’. Their rendition is very faithful to the original, with one small difference: all five band members play using the same guitar. Have a look.

Mumford And Sons ‘The Enemy’

Here’s a new short but sweet song from Mumford And Sons, ‘The Enemy’, written for the movie adaption of ‘Wuthering Heights’. Apparently there are no plans to release the song properly, which is a bit of a pity because it’s rather awesome. At the moment you can only listen to it accompanied by a trailer for the film.
