The album includes the feel good and very radio friendly single ‘Ho Hey’, which I’ve been unable to stop listening to since I first heard it. It’s two and a half minutes of folk music bliss that flies by way too quickly.

Oceanics ‘Jukebox’

Oceanics are a Gold Coast band who make happy indie pop music that’s irresistibly catchy and very, very fun. They make is seem so easy, as well. This year saw the release of their debut EP, ‘Bright People’, which is seemingly full of nothing but singles. Possibly the pick of the bunch is ‘Jukebox’, which perfectly demonstrates everything that’s good about this band.
