Art Of Sleeping ‘Empty Hands’

Brisbane five-piece Art Of Sleeping will be touring their ‘Like A Thief’ EP in the coming month, culminating with a show in Melbourne at the Northcote Social Club on the 27th of November. The EP itself is out now on Dew Process, and you can stream the lead single and opening track Empty Hands below. The song is indicative of the quality of the EP as a whole: it’s a rousing, rhythmic number that really does soar at times. There’s a bit of Boy And Bear here to be sure, but Art Of Sleeping’s music is also somehow very ambitious in its own right, sounding at times like it belongs more in a stadium than a bandroom.
