White Rabbits ‘Heavy Metal’ And ‘Temporary’

I have been waiting for new music from White Rabbits for years, but yet somehow missed it when it was released a couple of months ago. Perhaps you did too, because I honestly believe that this is a criminally under-rated band. They’re still one of the best live acts I have ever seen. And so, better late than never, here’s the first new material we have heard from the guys since the magnificent ‘It’s Frightening’, two tracks entitled ’Heavy Metal’ and ‘Temporary’.

Beach House ‘Myth’

The fantastic (at least in studio form, live I found them a bit underwhelming) Beach House have released a new track online, ‘Myth’, supposedly taken from their next album called ‘Bloom’ which will be out this May via their label Sub Pop. Burial And Four Tet ‘Nova’

Super-producers Burial and Four Tet are no strangers to teaming up, having worked together multiple times in the past, most notably with Thom Yorke for the memorable track ‘Ego’. Therefore it doesn’t come as a huge surprise that they’re at it again, this time dropping a collaboration called ‘Nova’ onto Soundcloud with little to no warning. And the track is just incredible.

Arcade Fire ‘Abraham’s Daughter’

Over the weekend a new song from Arcade Fire appeared online in the form of ‘Abraham’s Daughter’. It’s taken from the soundtrack to the upcoming movie ‘The Hunger Games’, which in turn is based on the book series of the same name. Needless to say Arcade Fire do not disappoint, even if the song is a stark departure from most of the most on ‘The Suburbs’. Have a listen below.
