Guineafowl ‘The Lie Is’

Sydney act Guineafowl recently jetted off to the United States for a series of shows there, following the launch of their debut EP ‘Hello Anxiety’. After this they are returning to Australia for a tour dubbed ‘The Lie Is’, and now we can finally have a listen to the track that gives the tour its name.

Radical Face ‘A Pound Of Flesh’

Radical Face is Florida musician Ben Cooper. If you think you don’t know of him then you’re mistaken, because he’s the guy behind ‘Welcome Home’, the backing track of this insanely popular Nikon ad that has been doing the rounds on Australian television for the better part of a year. He has recently released a new album, ‘The Roots’, the first part of a planned trilogy of ‘Family Tree’ albums that follow the story of a fictional family. This track, ‘A Pound Of Flesh’, is my personal favourite song off the record.
