Noonie Bao is a Swedish pop singer/songwriter who I admit I hadn’t heard of until an hour ago, when I decided to attempt to make an indent into my 604 unread emails. I’m certainly glad I discovered her however, because she released her second single a couple of days ago, and it’s pretty fantastic.

Hey Geronimo ‘Carbon Affair’

Brisbane band Hey Geronimo’s first single received more attention than I think even the band themselves could have possibly hoped for. Thanks in no small part to an inspired video clip, ‘Why Don’t We Do Something?’ spread like wildfire over the internet, serving to really kickstart the band’s career. Well, they’re back with their second single, ‘Carbon Affair’, another riotous pop song which is instantly likable and very, very fun.
