The National ‘The Rains Of Castamere’

The National and Game Of Thrones are two of my favourite things in the world. This is a song recorded by The National for Game Of Thrones. Enough said.

Hey Geronimo ‘Carbon Affair’

Brisbane band Hey Geronimo’s first single received more attention than I think even the band themselves could have possibly hoped for. Thanks in no small part to an inspired video clip, ‘Why Don’t We Do Something?’ spread like wildfire over the internet, serving to really kickstart the band’s career. Their debut EP, released last year, was extremely well-received, and it seems that the band are onto a winning formula with their melodic, lush pop music. ‘Lions And Witches’ recently got the video clip treatment, and you can find that video below along with all the good stuff.

Adelaide band Atlas Genius rightfully got a whole lot of attention for their Cosine-d single Trojans, and the guys have returned with a taste of their upcoming debut EP entitled ‘Through The Glass’. The song is called ’Back Seat’, and it’s another easy breezy song that floats by in a heartbeat, sounding effortless and chilled and fun all at the same time. Listen below.
